Dangling Carrot

There has been more than once, I would be in a place, a job, somewhere, that I would grow tired of. After I find somewhere else to go, new people arrive into the place and I enjoy their company more than any other I’ve met in a long time. But I’ve already scheduled my departure, and the best connections disappear.
